  1. Moseley Road Baths Contemporary Art Commission: a call out for an artist(s) with experience of working in public places with people to develop a temporary commission in response to Moseley Road Baths in 2019, which will make a strong impact in the space and the outside of the building and will reflect the essence of the baths as a past, present and future community space.

  2. Undisciplinary Residency: supporting three UK-based artists, curators and cultural practitioners. The residency asks how can we, as cultural producers, address notions of power, access and equity? Arts Catalyst and The Otolith Collective are particularly interested in hearing from practitioners whose research addresses the politics of ecology, gender and race, contemporary activist struggles and from those engaged with rethinking genres of the human in relation to the Black radical tradition. Successful applicants will receive £1000, which breaks down as bursary fee of £600 and £400 for research, such as visiting mentors, inviting speakers. Deadline: 11.59pm, 3 February 2019.

  3. Airspace Gallery In the Window 2019: An opportunity to exhibit in one of the country's leading artist-led art galleries, giving practitioners the chance, both to exhibit finished works and to test ambitious new work in an established gallery setting. Proposals which incorporate movement and animation of space, reference contemporary societal concerns and go beyond the simple hanging of 2d works or a reference to shop displays etc are particularly sought after.   4. Afterall BAME Writer-in-Residence: Afterall particularly welcome applications from writers whose practice is informed by the close study of works of art and the context in which art is made, seen and displayed.The residency aims to offer a welcoming base and relevant context for the appointed writer to operate from. In addition to awarding a bursary of £5,000 and in-depth editorial and mentoring support, affiliation to Afterall will provide access to their extensive archive, both print and digital, and to all their public events held during the period of the residency. Deadline: 5pm, 17 January 2019

  5. CUNTemporary EcoFutures Open Call: Arts Feminism Queer (CUNTemporary) is now accepting proposals for ‘Deep Trash: Eco Trash’ &‘Queer-feminist Ecocriticism in Live Art & Visual Cultures’, which will be part of the larger programme ‘EcoFutures’, taking place in (London, UK) in April 2019. Calling for performances, videos, installations, prints and other 2D/3D and time-based media artworks / theoretical output and (performative) lectures / written contributions.
