Creative Freelancer's Day

  • Impact Hub Birmingham The Walker Building, 58 Oxford Street Birmingham, England, B5 5NR United Kingdom (map)

Join us for an eventful day of workshops, talks, discussions and roundtables, all designed to ask important questions and share resources, tips, truths, opportunities and connections for artists, creative practitioners, entrepreneurs and freelancers.

Together we'll be exploring how creatives navigate their careers, what it means to create your own platform, support mechanisms, the truth of it all, especially in this economy and an ever changing world, as well as DIY cultures and independent infrastructures.

Attend a workshop with Theataccounts, who specialise in accounting for the creative industries, have lunch with Liv Little, the founder of Gal-dem, hear from the Arts Council, as well as the chance to attend a panel discussion featuring creatives, artists and producers, and an Artist's Roundtable for what should be a lively discussion, getting everyone involved!
